Tuning Deposit

In order to schedule a tuning session at Evans Tuning we require a deposit. The deposits are $150.00 and are deducted from the tuning appointment total. Please read and fill out the form below to submit your tuning deposit.

I acknowledge I will give a week’s notice to reschedule a tuning appointment or lose deposit.

I acknowledge deposits are non-refundable.

I acknowledge if rescheduling with a week’s notice the appointment must be rescheduled within 90 days or deposit is forfeited.

I acknowledge my car must be running on engine management system before arriving for appointment. (If not currently running we will assist remotely to get it running) .

I acknowledge Evans Tuning reserves the right to not reschedule an appointment if you choose to not show up for your tuning appointment or if you cancel at the last minute.

I acknowledge that showing up more than 1/2 hour late for a tuning appointment may require the appointment to be cancelled. We schedule multiple cars in a single day so its imperative that you show up on time (or early) for your tuning session. Plan for traffic, towing, food/gas stops, bathroom breaks, etc in your trip to the shop to avoid showing up late.

I acknowledge that I won't bring a car that isn’t ready to be tuned. If you have a bad battery, no gas in fuel tank, massive oil / coolant leaks, vacuum leaks, etc, we can’t tune your vehicle. Use common sense here. If the car isn’t ready to be driven its not ready to go on the dyno.

I acknowledge that if I am using race gas, ethanol, or methanol fuels I will be brining my own fuel supply. We are not a gas station and don’t stock fuel at the shop. You are required to be responsible for your fuel needs so bring extra fuel with you. For flex fuel tunes we require the vehicle to be running on 91/93 octane fuel and the fuel tank to be 1/2 way full. Please bring 10-15 gallons of ethanol fuel with you to do the flex fuel based tuning.
